AN ACT CONCERNING LAWN CARE PESTICIDES AT SCHOOLS.
To extend the ban on the application of lawn care pesticides from preschools and elementary schools to all schools.

Summary and Conclusion:  The first two bills are being considered by committees other than Environment, and would in effect fund the construction of fields that may not be able to maintained properly if the third bill were passed.  HB5276 is effectively and extension of last year’s ban bill, and would prohibit any lawn care pesticides from being used on fields or grounds at ALL school properties.
